Cape Cod Dance Center offers ballet technique classes for dancers age 3 to adults. Our program is divided in eight levels to guarantee each student proper placement based on age and ability. In addition to receiving a well-rounded ballet education, our goal is to inspire students artistically, offer guidance in body alignment and injury prevention and offer advice as they reach a professional level.

Cape Cod Dance Center offers Pointe classes to students in level 4 through level 6. Students usually begin pointes training at age 11. The school requires that all students who wish to dance on pointes take part in a minimum of three classical ballet classes weekly.
