The Yoga Program Classes are taught by Sujata Ringawa, a certified yoga instructor who has taught extensively in the USA, Europe, India, and South America for 30 years.
The Ongoing Beginner’s Class is the perfect class for people who have had very little or some experience with yoga practice.
Level I for people who are familiar with yoga poses and want to refine their experience and practice
Level 1-2 for people who are ready for a more challenging pace and practice that includes inverted postures adapted for each person’s level of experience.

The Barre classes are taught by studio owner Eveline Carle. The hour long class is a thorough and thoughtful workout that will slowly heal and transform your body. It includes 20 minutes of exercises using the ballet barre that will tone, shape and lift the muscles in your legs and buttocks, 20 minutes of stretching and ab work on the yoga mat to both stretch and strengthen the muscles along the spine and though your core, and 20 minutes of weights and strengthening exercises standing, to tone and strengthen the arms and upper body for a complete body firming experience

The fee is $35 for a half hour and $60 per hour for private instruction
For a group of 2 or three people, the fees are $40 per half hour and $65 per hour
