Tai Chi Easy
Harvard Health Publications recently described Tai chi as "meditation in motion," but it might well be called "medication in motion." The article stated the growing evidence that this mind-body practice, which originated in China as a martial art, has value in treating or preventing many health problems. And you can get started even if you aren't in top shape or the best of health
The daily practice of Tai Chi manifest dynamic and powerful changes in one's physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Researchers from Tufts University School of Medicine have determined that patients over 65 years of age with knee osteoarthritis (OA) who engage in regular Tai Chi exercise improve physical function and experience less pain. Tai Chi requires no special equipment and can be done indoors or out, either alone or in a group.
